Sam is a procurement professional with extensive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He has held Senior Procurement and Strategic Sourcing roles for organisations such as Majid Al Futtaim, Abu Dhabi Municipality and Nakheel in the Middle East; MTN across Africa; and Land Securities in the UK.

An active member of the procurement fraternity in the MENA region, Sam is Regional Director of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) for the Middle East & North Africa Region.He holds a Masters Degree in International Procurement from the University of Glamorgan (Wales)‎, MSc in Facilities Management from the University of Westminster (England) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.He is a regular speaker at industry events and an advocate for professional standards in procurement and supply management.

Karim had formerly worked as Corporate Counsel at Cisco Systems and Cisco Capital, where he led the Enterprise and Public Sector legal team in MEA and advised on several major projects in technology and technology finance. Karim had also worked as an associate at Levant Law Practice in Riyadh where he provided various legal services for several leading insurance and financial services companies in Saudi Arabia.

Karim is known for his commercial savvy and readiness to understand the practicalities of any business he advises on. Moreover, Karim has worked on constructing and delivering detailed compliance and ethics training for companies in various sectors.

Navin has extensive experience in global transaction banking, payments and cash management, and strategy planning following nearly two decades working for HSBC and Citigroup across the U.S., Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and India. During his tenure as Head of Payments and Cash Management for HSBC Japan, the business was transformed and voted the #1 Cash Management Bank in Japan by Euromoney. He was also a chief architect of HSBC’s global initiative on Working Capital and Liquidity Management and in 2008 was recognized as one of “The 50 Most Promising Young Leaders” in Asia-Pac by The Asian Banker. Prior to joining HSBC, Navin worked at Citigroup in San Francisco as a global relationship manager for technology, media and telecommunications clients. He joined Citigroup as a management associate shortly after graduating from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Navin is a former board member of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Navin currently lives in Mumbai with his wife and two children, and is an Art of Living teacher.
